Il sito è gestito da Filippo Checchia, persona fisica, sviluppatore indipendente con il marchio RandomLab, che è anche titolare del trattamento dei dati descritto qui sotto. Per qualsiasi richiesta: randomlabcompany@gmail.com.

Privacy del sito

Che dati tratta il sito

Dati di navigazione. Il sito è ospitato da Firebase Hosting (Google). Come ogni server web, il fornitore registra dati tecnici di ogni richiesta, per esempio indirizzo IP, data e ora, pagina richiesta e tipo di browser. Noi non consultiamo questi dati per identificare i visitatori e non abbiamo strumenti di analisi o di profilazione sul sito. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse a far funzionare e proteggere il sito (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Preferenza della lingua. Il pulsante IT/EN salva la lingua scelta nella memoria locale del tuo browser (localStorage, chiave lang). Resta sul tuo dispositivo, non viene inviata a nessuno e serve solo a ricordare la scelta. Il sito non imposta cookie di profilazione o di terze parti.
Email. Se ci scrivi, usiamo il tuo indirizzo e il contenuto del messaggio solo per risponderti (art. 6.1.b e 6.1.f). Li conserviamo per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e poi finché serve a documentarla, per esempio per una richiesta sui dati.

Con chi li condividiamo

I dati di navigazione sono trattati dal fornitore dell’hosting (Google). Google può trattare i dati anche fuori dallo Spazio Economico Europeo, con gli strumenti previsti dal GDPR (per esempio il Data Privacy Framework UE-USA o le clausole contrattuali tipo). Non vendiamo dati personali.

Il sito rimanda a servizi di terzi (Google Play e le informative dei fornitori). Quando li apri, valgono le regole di quei siti: non le controlliamo.

I tuoi diritti

Hai diritto di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità e opposizione (artt. 15-21 GDPR). Scrivici all’indirizzo sopra: rispondiamo entro un mese. Puoi anche proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) o all’autorità del tuo Paese.

This page covers the randomlab-studio.web.app website (“the site”) and who runs it. The data-protection notices of the individual apps are separate documents, listed at the bottom of this page.

Owner and contact

The site is run by Filippo Checchia, a natural person, independent developer under the RandomLab brand, who is also the controller of the data described below. For any request: randomlabcompany@gmail.com.

Website privacy

What data the site processes

Browsing data. The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). Like any web server, the provider records technical data for each request, such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type. We do not use this data to identify visitors and the site has no analytics or profiling tools. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running and protecting the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Language preference. The IT/EN button saves your chosen language in your browser’s local storage (localStorage, key lang). It stays on your device, is not sent to anyone and only remembers your choice. The site does not set profiling or third-party cookies.
Email. If you write to us, we use your address and the content of your message only to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)). We keep them as long as needed to handle the request and then as long as needed to document it, for example for a data request.

Who we share it with

Browsing data is processed by the hosting provider (Google). Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, using the mechanisms provided by the GDPR (for example the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). We do not sell personal data.

External links

The site links to third-party services (Google Play and providers’ notices). When you open them, those sites’ rules apply: we do not control them.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15-21 GDPR). Write to us at the address above: we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the authority of your country.

Content. Texts, images, logos and names of the RandomLab apps belong to Filippo Checchia and may not be reused without permission, except for the normal use of reviewing or quoting the apps. If you want to use them, write to us.
Third-party trademarks. Google Play, Android and Google are trademarks of Google LLC. Unity is a trademark of Unity Technologies. Epic Games is a trademark of Epic Games, Inc. They are mentioned only to indicate the services the apps use, with no affiliation.
Information. We do our best to keep the information on the site correct and up to date, but it may contain errors or change without notice.
Reports. If you find content you consider unlawful or an error, write to us and we will act.
