Informativa sulla privacy di Data Crawler

Ultimo aggiornamento: 28 ottobre 2026

Quali dati tratta l’app e perché

I tuoi diritti

Modifiche

Data Crawler privacy policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

Data Crawler (“the app”) is an arcade game for Android. This notice, given under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), explains which personal data the app processes, why, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights.

Controller and contact

Filippo Checchia, natural person, independent developer under the RandomLab brand. For any request about your data write to randomlabcompany@gmail.com.

Minimum age

The app is not directed to, and must not be used by, children under 14. If you live in a country where the law sets a higher age for consenting alone to online services (up to 16), below that age consent to personalised ads must be given by a person with parental responsibility. If you believe a child under 14 has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

What data the app processes and why

  • Game progress, settings and in-game currency. They stay on your device, in an app file (encrypted) and in preferences. They are not sent to us and there is no account or registration. They make the game work (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Notifications. If you turn them on, the app schedules local notifications on the device (Android asks for your permission). We do not use a notification server and you can turn them off in the app or in Android settings.
  • Advertising. The app shows ads served by Google AdMob: a banner, full-screen ads between games and rewarded videos, which start only when you tap the button to get the bonus. AdMob may use the device advertising ID, the IP address (also to estimate an approximate location, at city or region level), ad interaction data and technical device data. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland consent is requested with Google’s form before an ad is loaded (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and you can change it in Settings > Ad privacy; if you do not consent no ads are requested. You can also reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings (Google > Ads).
  • Technical data. To show ads and make them work, Google may receive from its software component technical data such as app and system version, device model, language and performance. We do not receive error reports or usage statistics.

The app does not ask for access to GPS location, contacts, photos or the microphone, does not process payment data and does not take automated decisions that have legal effects on you. We do not collect other data about you on our servers: the app has none.

Who we share it with

The only data that leaves the device is what Google processes for advertising, as an independent controller, under its own terms. We do not sell personal data.

Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area, including the United States, using the mechanisms provided by the GDPR (for example the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

How long we keep it

  • Data on the device: as long as you use the app. It is deleted by uninstalling the app or from Android settings (App info > Storage > Clear data).
  • Data processed by Google: under its own policies.
  • Emails you send us: as long as needed to reply and, for data requests, as long as needed to document them.

Your rights

  • You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15-21 GDPR) and to withdraw any consent at any time. Since we do not keep your data on our servers, for game data you can simply use your device settings; for data processed by Google you can contact Google or write to us. We reply within one month.
  • Advertising: you can reset or limit the advertising ID in Android settings (Google > Ads).
  • You may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the authority of your country.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. If the changes are important we will also say so in the app or on the app’s Google Play page.
